Materials:

 

4 chicken thighs or breasts

 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

 

2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

 

1 tablespoon thyme

 

Salt

 

Black pepper

 

Lemon slices (for serving)

 

How to make:

 

1. Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.

 

2. Add olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix well.

 

3. Dip the chicken pieces into this mixture, coating them well on all sides. Let them rest in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

 

4. Grill the chicken or fry it on a medium heat in a pan. Brown it well on both sides. Make sure the inside of the chicken is cooked completely and the outside is nicely colored.

 

5. Place the cooked chicken on a serving plate, garnish with lemon slices and serve hot
