Fresh strawberries are layered with graham crackers, and a fluffy cream cheese whipped cream. After a few hours in the refrigerator, the graham crackers magically transform into soft “cake” layers. It IS magic!
Repeat again.
This is the perfect make-ahead summer dessert! One tip, if you plan to make it more than 12 hours in advance, you might want to place the strawberries on the top layer closer to serving time. That way, they’re at their prettiest.
