Strawberry Refrigerator Cake

Fresh strawberries are layered with graham crackers, and a fluffy cream cheese whipped cream. After a few hours in the refrigerator, the graham crackers magically transform into soft “cake” layers. It IS magic!

Here are your basic ingredients…that’s it! Wait until you see how it comes together.

Start with a layer of graham crackers.

Add a layer of this delectable cream cheese-whipped cream. Ooh-la-la!

Add sliced strawberries.

Repeat.

Repeat again.

Pop in the fridge and wait for the magic to happen!

This is the perfect make-ahead summer dessert! One tip, if you plan to make it more than 12 hours in advance, you might want to place the strawberries on the top layer closer to serving time. That way, they’re at their prettiest.
