MATERIALS
1 pack of whipped cream
1 glass of cold milk
Half a kg of strawberries
1 cup of granulated sugar
For serving: Strawberry
FABRICATION
Whisk the whipped cream together with the cold milk in a deep bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut the strawberries into quarters and transfer to the pot with the powdered sugar. Boil it with 1 tablespoon of water until it thickens. After taking it from the stove, put it in a blender and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. Just before serving, add the strawberry puree into the whipped cream that you have cooled down, gradually and mix it. Divide into cups, garnish with strawberries and serve. Cook’s note: In order for the dessert not to go out, it should be consumed immediately after serving.
