Rice mask to exfoliate and lighten the skin

How to make rice mask at home:

The first step: Take two tablespoons of rice grains and put them in a blender or grinder to grind them a little and not make it too soft so that it acts as a natural exfoliator for the skin.

  • Rice works to lighten the skin. Asian women have used it for many years in their diet and for skin care, as it is the secret behind giving them clear, luminous and flawless skin. So, the rice mask works to gently exfoliate your skin, moisturize and lighten it.

The second step : Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the ground rice.

  • Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which works to lighten and brighten the skin, as it is anti-oxidant, protecting the skin from free radicals that damage it a lot, and also boosting collagen production.

The third step, add a spoonful of honey to the mixture.

  • Honey contains sugars and has acidic properties that make it resistant to bacterial growth. It acts as a disinfectant for the skin and protects it from any external infection.

Step Four  Add a spoon and a half of green tea drink to the previous mixture so that you maintain the density of the mixture, so that it does not become too soft or thick so that it is easy to put on the skin.

The fifth step : After mixing the previous ingredients so that you get a moderate texture, apply it to your face after washing and drying it

  • Use your fingers or a flat brush
  • Since the rice grains are not completely crushed, put a towel over your clothes so that they do not get dirty if any of the mixture falls on them.
  • Leave the mask to dry for 10 minutes when you notice that it has started to dry and harden on your skin. Wet your finger with water and start removing it in a circular motion to exfoliate the skin.
  • Then rinse it with normal water
  •  Dry your skin after washing it with water and moisturize it with your favorite cream to avoid drying out the skin that occurs after peeling.

Follow this method once a week and by practicing this method regularly you will notice that your skin has become smooth, clean and bright.
