240 grams of dark chocolate
100 ml cream, 3 tablespoons honey
1 cup of pistachios
Small size paper cake mold
FABRICATION
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix 1/3 of the chocolate with the cream and cool by whisking lightly. Brush the remaining chocolate inside the cake molds with an egg brush and refrigerate until frozen. If the chocolate is a thin layer, apply the chocolate again and freeze. Remove the solidified chocolate from the paper mold. Put the chocolate cream mixture in the cream piping bag and fill the chocolate molds. Dab the pistachios with honey and place over the cream. Leave the chocolates in the fridge until they cool and serve.
