These pretty and delicious pumpkin & gorgonzola bruschetta will bring color to your plates and above all great flavors. Their association is amazing but delicious! This is a very simple starter, but one that will make an impact on your guests.
Ingredients :
For 4 bruschettas
4 slices of bruschetta
600 g pumpkin
extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
4 bay leaves with sauce
150 g of gorgonzola
Honey
Salt and pepper
Steps :
1. First, dice the flesh of the pumpkin. Immerse them in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes then finish cooking by sautéing them in a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Peel and mince the garlic then add it to the previous pan with the bay leaves. Cook over low heat, covered, so that the aromas are diffused.
3. Grill your bruschetta slices.
4. Now proceed with the assembly. Place a few diced pumpkin and gorgonzola on the toast, then finish by adding a drizzle of honey and a few sprigs of thyme.
Serve your pumpkin and gorgonzola bruschetta right away!
