  • 4 medium sizedĀ potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried mint

How to make:

1. First, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

2. Chop the onion and garlic as well.

3. Add butter to a saucepan and melt it.

4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and fry until they turn pink.

5. Add the potatoes to the pot and stir-fry for a few more minutes on low heat.

6. Add the chicken stock and milk.

7. Add salt and pepper and mix.

8. Cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender.

9. Puree the cooked soup with a blender or a fork.

10. Sprinkle dried mint on top before serving
