Materials:
1 Tablespoon of Oatmeal
1 Lemon
Preparation and application:
Pulverize the oatmeal in a mortar, blender or coffee grinder.
Put the oatmeal powder in a clean small bowl.
Squeeze the lemon with a lemon squeezer and extract the juice.
Slowly add lemon juice to the oatmeal and mix it. Let the mixture become a paste.
Apply the mask to your skin with your fingertips.
Wait 25 minutes.
Rinse your face with plenty of cold water.
Dry with a paper towel.
NOTE:
If your skin is excessively oily, apply the mask 2 or 3 times a week at regular intervals. Over time, your skin will become regular. After a period of 1-2 months, apply once a week.
Before making the mask, soap and rinse with warm water to remove the accumulated dirt and oil on your skin. After drying with a towel, apply the mask to your skin.
Do not move your face too much after applying the mask to the skin.
