How to make a pizza roll stuffed with cheese and pepper, ingredients, dough
Two cups of flour
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of liquid milk
Two tablespoons of powdered milk
a pinch of salt
A tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of instant yeast
water as needed
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Two sweet red peppers, cut into thin slices
How to prepare
In a mixing bowl, mix the dough ingredients until you get a soft dough, and let it ferment in a warm place for about an hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Put on the dough tomato sauce, cheese, pepper, olives and mushrooms.
Carefully roll the dough into a roll or cylinder and seal the edges.
Carefully cut it with a sharp knife in circular pieces.
Arrange them on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Take it out and serve it warm as a light dinler
