Ingredients : 

2 eggs

One and a half cups of granulated sugar

1 glass of water Milk

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

2 cups flour


Honey, vanilla ice cream


Whisk the sugar and egg. Then add the milk. Sift with 2 cups flour, baking powder and vanilla. Add to the egg and milk mixture. Stir well. Oil a small pan and place it on a medium-heated stove. After the pan is fried well, place a mold in the form you want on the pan. Pour half a scoop of mixture into the mold. Let the mixture spread inside the mold. Turn the six fried pancakes upside down and cook the other side. Repeat the same process until the material runs out. Arrange pancakes on serving plates and drizzle a little honey. With the fruit you want, put ice cream on it and serve.
