Ingredients
For the base:
3 cups flour
180 grams room temperature butter
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Flux of 2 eggs
A pinch of salt
For chocolate solid:
3 packs
(80 grams each) dark chocolate
3 eggs
120 grams melted butter
2 tablespoons honey
120 grams powder
300 grams powder nuts
210 grams of cocoa
1 pack baking powder
2 tablespoons orange jam
Half cup small cube chopped orange peel
To decorate:
Orange confectionery
ITS MAKING
For the base of the TART, take all the ingredients into a large bowl and knead well. Place it in a medium-sized tart mold, pressing it with your hand to cover the edges. Make holes on the dough with a fork to prevent it from blistering. On the other hand, melt the chocolate benmari-style for the chocolate solid. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat well. Add chocolate, butter and honey and mix. Add the orange peel and nuts. Sift the cocoa and baking powder together and add to the mixture.
