Natural mixtures to treat all types of pigmentation in sensitive areas

 

Darkening of the skin or pigmentation in sensitive area s a problem of concern to any woman, and it is present for several reasons. It is not only the face that is prone to tan while areas such as the armpits and under the thighs – are prone to friction and sweating, both of which lead to skin pigmentation 
In this article, we are not talking about the darkening of a specific area, while we are dealing with all forms of skin pigmentation, and ways to treat them with simple natural ingredients.

1- dark neck

 

Darkening of the neck  is not a skin disease but it can be embarrassing and a source of concern. One of the natural ways to lighten your neck  is to use an almond scrub.
 Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E that helps improve your complexion and works to lighten skin spots. 
Almond Scrub: 
Grind 5 to 8 almonds to make a thick paste. Add 1 teaspoon of milk powder and 1 teaspoon of honey to the paste. Mix well and apply to dark areas. 

Leave it for 30 minutes, then rub it and wash it with water. Repeat 3 to 4 times a week and see the difference.

 

2- Darkening of the armpits

To lighten the armpits  try rice flour or rice powder with vinegar. Rice flour has oil-regulating properties and vinegar helps lighten skin tone and helps kill bacteria and germs that cause bad body odor. 
Rice mask: 
Mix 4 tablespoons of rice flour with 2 tablespoons of vinegar to form a thick paste. Clean your armpits and apply the paste. Leave it on for 20 minutes or until it dries. Wash it off with water. Repeat 3 to 4 times a week and see the difference.

 

3- Lightening the thighs

Dark thighs are a very embarrassing problem for both men and women. Although it is usually associated with poor personal hygiene, there are other factors to hyperpigmentation of the thighs such as obesity, friction, hormonal imbalance and diabetes. One way to get rid of it is to apply honey, lemon and sugar scrub.
Sugar scrub: 
While honey is an age-old remedy for dry skin, sugar can help you exfoliate the layer of dead skin cells. To prepare this mixture, mix one tablespoon of honey, lemon juice and two tablespoons of sugar. 

Apply it on the inner thighs and gently rub the area in a circular motion. Leave it for another 15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this several times every week for about two weeks to get good results
