Natural mixtures to melt waist fat
1- Ginger and green tea mixture
the components
- 3 cups of mineral water
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of green tea
- 1 teaspoon dried and crushed pomegranate peel
How to prepare
Add the ingredients to the mineral water and put it to boil over the fire for a few minutes, raise the pot and leave it aside to cool before filtering it. Drink a glass of it three times a day before the main meals.
2- A mixture of chili and ginger

- 1 teaspoon grated green ginger
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper
- Slices of lemon

How to prepare
- Pour the water into a pot, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

3- Chamomile and thyme mixture

- 1 tablespoon of rosemary

- Two cups of mineral water
How to prepare
Pour the water into a bowl and add the chamomile, rosemary and thyme to it. Put the mixture on the fire until it reaches the boiling point, filter the mixture after it cools and eat two cups of it daily.
