Ingredients for Modern Meatball Potato Recipe
For meatballs
200 g medium-fat ground beef
1 slice of bread crumbs
1 small onion (Grated)
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato puree
For scratched potatoes
6 small potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon of salt
For service
Strained yoghurt
Hot pepper sauce in extra virgin olive oil
Fresh thyme
Sesame and chia seeds
How to Make Modern Meatballs Potatoes?
Take all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and knead them and make 6 meatballs.
In a hot pan, fry both sides with a little olive oil. Put the tomato puree in a pan and heat it with some thyme. Roll the meatballs into this sauce.
Cut the potatoes into strips before they reach the bottom. Mix the olive oil, butter and salt in a bowl and rub between the potato strips.
Bake with the garlic in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
Spread the strained yogurt on the serving plate and place the sauce meatballs on top.
Garnish the meatballs with fresh thyme, sesame seeds and chia seeds and serve with potatoes that come out of the oven.
