How to Make Broccoli Soup with Milk?
1. If you are using fresh broccoli, cut the broccoli heads into small pieces. If you are using frozen broccoli, leave it outside for a while to thaw beforehand.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Add butter to a pot and melt it. Add chopped onions and garlic to the pot and fry on low heat.
4. Add the broccoli pieces you have prepared to the pot and cook for a few minutes, stirring. Continue the process when the broccoli is slightly softened.
5. Add the milk and water to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low, allowing the soup to simmer slowly. Add salt and pepper.
6. Mix all the soup ingredients until they are well cooked. Then, use a blender or whisk to blend the soup to a smooth consistency.
7. Add optional spices to the soup. You can use red pepper flakes or other favorite spices according to your preference. Mix.
8. Divide the broccoli soup with milk into bowls. You can garnish it with grated cheddar cheese and fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy.
