Mexican Tacos

 

Ingredients:

Beef tacos: a cup

Lettuce: half a bunch

Green onions: 2 pcs (chopped)

Tomato: 2 pcs (chopped)

Cheese: a cup (grated – cheddar)

Sauce: Cuban (hot tacos)

Black olives: ½ cup (chopped)

– tortilla bread: a package (chips)

Cream: a cup (bitter)


How to prepare




1- Arrange the tortilla chips in a salad bowl.

2- Place the lettuce leaves, onions and tomatoes on the tortilla bread and add the taco sauce.

3- Pour the taco meat over the mixture, and add the bitter cream.

4- Decorate the dish with black olives, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.


Ingredients to make the tacos:

½ kilo minced meat

-3 tablespoons of butter.

Two teaspoons of paprika

½ teaspoon salt

-14/ cup of “Tobasco” sauce

-1 sweet yellow pepper.

Two tablespoons of taco sauce


How to prepare:

1- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter, add the minced meat and stir for 5 minutes.

2- Add salt, pepper and paprika to the meat and stir well. Then add the Tobasco sauce and the yoghurt, stir and leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

3- Cut the pepper into small cubes, add to the mixture and leave on the fire until the meat is cooked, making sure to turn it over from time to time.
