Mexican quinoa salad for diet



Quinoa: 12 cup (boiled and drained)

Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup (halved)

Olive oil: a tablespoon

Avocado: 1 piece (peeled and diced)

Corn: 12 cup (canned / washed and drained)

Black beans: 12 cup (canned / washed and drained)

Lemon juice: 1 piece

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Green Coriander: 1/4 cup (fresh and chopped)

How to prepare

Mix tomatoes, avocado, beans and corn in a plate.

Add quinoa.

Add salt, coriander, lemon juice and olive oil, mix and serve.
