2-3 cloves of garlic
150 ml apple cider vinegar
200 ml apple juice
6 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of hot red pepper
How to Make Mexican Pepper Sauce?
Clean all peppers after washing and chop them coarsely. Leave the peppercorn seeds according to the amount of hot you like.
After picking the onions, cut them into four pieces and grind them in a food processor, making sure they remain lightly grained along with the pepper and garlic.
Take this mixture in a pan, add the olive oil and fry it until it absorbs the water. After removing the water, add other ingredients and cook for 20 more minutes.
Leave to cool at room temperature.
After it cools down, fill it in previously sterilized jars, close it tightly and keep it in the refrigerator.
