Materials:

 

1 large slice of melon

 

1 cup of yoghurt

 

2 tablespoons of honey

 

Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

Fresh mint leaves (to garnish)

 

Preparation:

 

1. Wash the melon well, peel it and remove the seeds. Then cut it into small pieces.

 

2. Puree the chopped melon pieces in a blender or food processor.

 

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt well.

 

4. Add honey and vanilla extract to the yogurt and mix.

 

5. Add the melon puree you have prepared to the yogurt mixture and mix well.

 

6. Divide your dessert mixture among the serving bowls.

 

7. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
