1- Exfoliating the feet with a flour mask:
1/3 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix the ingredients and apply it on your feet and massage for five minutes
2- Brown sugar mask to exfoliate the skin of the feet:
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
A tablespoon of freshly prepared lemon juice
1 tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil
Mix the ingredients until you get a paste and apply it to your feet with a massage in a circular motion, then rinse your feet with warm water.
3- Salt mask for exfoliation:
cup of salt
½ cup of cold water
2 drops of lavender oil
Gradually add water to the salt and lavender oil until you get a paste, then apply it to your feet in a circular motion.
4- A night mask for the feet:
4 tablespoons of almond oil or olive oil
Two tablespoons of cocoa butter
Two tablespoons of honey
4 capsules of vitamin E
Mix the ingredients and apply the mask to your feet, then wear cotton socks and leave the mask overnight and remove it in the morning and notice the softness yourself.
