Ingredients
Almonds: 100 grams (peeled and ground)
Powdered sugar: 200 gm
Egg white: 3 pieces
Flour: 2 tbsp
Vanilla: a pinch
Food dye: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 30 grams
How to prepare
In a mixer bowl, we grind the sugar and almond powder, then add the flour, then sift the mixture well, then set it aside.
In the mixer bowl, beat the egg white well, then add vanilla and sugar gradually, continuing to whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved and the ingredients homogeneous, then continue to whisk the mixture until it becomes bright white.
We begin by placing the almond mixture in batches with continuous mixing until the ingredients become homogeneous.
Divide the mixture into two parts, then add favorite food dyes to each section.
We fill the pastry bag with the mixture, then make circles of equal size and spaced out on a tray covered with butter paper, then fill the balls with the macaron mixture, then leave the tray for a period of at least an hour at room temperature until the face of the balls dries.
Put the tray of macarons into a preheated oven at a temperature of 140 ° C for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, open the oven, and leave the tray of macarons inside for a period of 5 minutes.
Take the macarons out of the oven and leave them aside until they cool completely, then stuff them with a meringue or jam filling, then arrange the macarons in a serving dish, then serve it alongside the coffee.
