Lotus brownies

 

Ingredients

Sugar: 1 cup

Butter: 12 cup (melted)

Eggs: 2 tablets

Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Flour: half a cup

Baking powder: Half a teaspoon

Cocoa powder: a quarter cup

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Butter: 12 cup (lotus / melted in the microwave)

How to prepare

Grease an 8-inch tray with butter and fill it with parchment paper.

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

Mix the sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla well, then add the dry ingredients mixture and mix with a spoon until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.

Pour the mixture evenly in the pan, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and when leveled out, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool down, then cut into squares.

Add lotus butter and serve warm alongside cream or ice cream.
