MATERIALS
500 grams of butter
3 lemons
10 dried tomatoes
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 tablespoons of coriander
2 tablespoons of black seed
FABRICATION
Bring the butter to room temperature and mix it with a fork or blender. Add the grated lemon peel, soaked and minced tomatoes, rosemary, coriander and black cumin and mix well. Divide the mixture into two parts. Place a piece of baking paper on it and roll it up. Tie the edges and put in the fridge. Prepare the other piece in the same way. Let it rest for a night and when you want to use it, cut and serve enough.
