Ingredients
A cup and a quarter of flour
Teaspoon salt
6 eggs
A teaspoon of cinnamon
Baking powder spoon
A teaspoon of vanilla
5 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup of crushed hazelnuts and almonds

How to prepare
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder, and nuts together.
Put the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until a creamy and fluffy dough forms.
Add the eggs and continue whisking until it becomes a light cream.
Add the flour to the eggs and stir in one direction until the flour disappears.
Put the mixture in a greased mold, then bake it in a medium oven at 170°C for 20 minutes and test doneness with a wooden stick.
Leave it to cool, then decorate it with liquid chocolate and serve it with tea
