Ingredients:
– A kilogram of chicken breasts, skinless and cut into strips.
– Two medium-sized onions cut into strips.
– One red bell pepper is cut into strips.
– One yellow bell pepper cut into strips.
– Half a glass of corn kernels.
– A glass of chopped fresh mushrooms.
– Spray cooking oil, according to the need.
– A teaspoon of white pepper.
– Half a teaspoon of red pepper.
– A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
– Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
– Half a teaspoon of cumin.
– A quarter teaspoon of dry coriander.
– A teaspoon of salt.
Method of preparation:
1. Bring a small bowl, put in it chopped chicken fillet with onions, red and yellow bell peppers, corn and mushrooms.
2. Sprinkle a drizzle of oil over the ingredients in the bowl, then sprinkle with salt, black, red and white pepper, cinnamon, cumin and coriander.
3. Stir the ingredients well until they are homogeneous together, then put the bowl in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
