Materials:
300 grams of pasta (any type you like)
5-6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
4 tablespoons butter
Half a glass of milk
Salt
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Freshly chopped parsley (for serving)
Preparation:
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add some salt. As soon as the water boils, add the pasta.
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure it is al dente.
3. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in another pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry lightly. Cook until the garlic gives off a nice aroma.
4. Add the milk to the butter and stir. Then add salt and pepper to taste to taste your sauce.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and put it back into the pot.
6. Pour the garlic sauce you prepared over the pasta and mix well. Make sure that all sides of the pasta are nicely coated with the sauce.
7. Place on serving plates and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
