Materials

 

2 cups of yoghurt

 

1 cucumber

 

Half bunch of fresh mint

 

1 clove of garlic

 

Juice of 1 lemon

 

Salt, pepper (optional)

 

Olive oil

 

Specification

 

1. Peel and grate the cucumber.

 

2. Finely chop the mint leaves.

 

3. Crush or grate the garlic.

 

4. Whisk the yogurt in a bowl.

 

5. Add grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves, crushed garlic and lemon juice to the yogurt.

 

6. Season with salt and pepper.

 

7. Whisk the mixture well and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

 

8. Drizzle some olive oil on top before serving.

 

9. You can serve your cold soup with ice if you wish.
