Cold gazpacho soup is one of everyone’s favorite foods, and the housewife may be confused to serve different types of soup to her family every day. We offer you the recipe and ingredients for delicious gazpacho soup:

 

* Ingredients and Ingredients:

-6 slices of ripe tomatoes

Half a sweet red pepper.

Half a cucumber, sliced.

1 slice of toast bread.

3 quarters of a cup of cold water.

– 1 garlic clove

– A pinch of salt.

A pinch of black pepper.

– 3 tablespoons vinegar.

4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Some fresh basil leaves.

A tablespoon of feta cheese.

 

* How to prepare:

– Mix tomatoes with pepper and cucumber in a food processor.

Add garlic, vinegar, olive oil and salt and mix well.

Dip a slice of bread in water and set aside.

In a pot on the stove, add water and bread.

– Mix the previous mixture with water and bread and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Leave the mixture on the fire for 5 minutes until fully cooked.

Then leave to cool completely and enter the refrigerator for about two hours before serving.

Pour the soup into special bowls, decorate with basil leaves and feta cheese, and serve cold
