Cinnamon is considered a plant with high nutritional value, and is usually used as a hot drink.Cinnamon also has many health and aesthetic benefits.It helps control insulin levels and lower blood sugar levels, which leads to burning calories and then losing weight significantly.To benefit from it in the weight loss process, here are these mixtures:

 

Honey and cinnamon syrup mixture: Place a spoonful of cinnamon in a cup of boiling water, and leave the cinnamon soaked in water for 30 minutes. When the water soaked in cinnamon cools, we add two tablespoons of honey. Drink half the amount right before bed, put the remaining amount in the refrigerator and drink it the next morning on an empty stomach.

 

Cinnamon ginger syrup mixture: Melt two tablespoons of ground cinnamon with a cup of water over the fire.When boiling, add a spoonful of ground ginger to it, stirring. After finishing, drink it after adding white honey for dessert and some lemon slices
