2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 vanilla spoon
3 tablespoons of sugar
A cup of milk
1 cup almonds or pistachios
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
How to prepare
Bring a bowl and mix the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and a spoonful of butter.
Bring a frying pan and put a ladle of the mixture with a little oil, and fry the crepes on both sides until soft.
Repeat the process until all of the dough is done.
Bring a frying pan, add brown sugar and lemon juice, and stir until combined.
Fold the crepe and dip it in the juice, then put it on a serving plate and decorate with pistachios and almonds.
