Cheese Tortilla Sandwiches
Cheese tortilla sandwiches are a French appetizer with a rich, creamy flavor made from cheese, ground beef, and corn. They are easily prepared by cooking the ground beef and combining the ingredients in a food processor. They are then wrapped in tortilla chips and served. Ingredients
¼ kilo cream cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
¼ cup cooked corn
5 flour tortillas
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
100g ground lamb
¼ cup chopped green onions for serving
Directions
Put the ground lamb in a skillet with oil over medium heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Combine the ingredients in a food processor, except for the lamb and green onions, and blend until well combined.
Combine the cheese and meat mixture in a bowl and stir briefly. Then, place the filling on the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
Cut the tortillas into small ½-inch rounds. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
