Ingredients Pasta half a kilo 500 grams Cherry tomatoes 200 grams Olives, chopped 100 grams 8 cloves of garlic Three tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil Two tablespoons of hot pepper molasses Two tablespoons of ketchup Two tablespoons of tabasco ½ teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of oregano Parmesan cheese 100 grams Method of preparation Boil the pasta in the oven A pot of boiling water over medium heat for ten minutes. Drain the pasta in a suitable strainer, then slice the garlic into slices. Put the oil and garlic slices in a large frying pan and stir for two minutes over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes, pepper molasses, ketchup and tabasco, and stir well. Add salt and pepper. And oregano, stir the ingredients well and leave them on a low heat for 5 minutes.
