Forget all those expensive anti-aging creams and eat these fruits
An entire industry is based on fighting wrinkles with products, trends, and treatments that do their best to delay the effects of time, but the solution is much simpler and can be found in every kitchen, where the whole family can enjoy its deliciousness without straining the budget.
A new study has found that women who follow a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables have fewer wrinkles when they reach the age of 50, compared to those who do not follow a healthy diet.
At the same time, researchers at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam have found that eating all kinds of food does not appear to affect men’s facial skin, according to the British newspaper Daily Mail.
In contrast, women who ate bread, red meat, sweets, and alcohol had more wrinkles on their faces.
The results suggest that eating a light meal of fruit can be a less expensive alternative to expensive creams and moisturizers to maintain skin freshness.
In Britain, for example, shoppers, mostly women, spend an estimated £120 million a year on anti-aging face creams alone, while millions of people spend a significant portion of their income on toners, moisturizers, and cosmetic serums.
Botox, which eliminates wrinkles, continues to be popular, with demand among young women increasing by 50%.
Fruits, vegetables, and fish versus meat, bread, and sweets
Researchers at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam conducted a survey of nearly 2,700 men and women over the age of 50 about their diets. Each of them then underwent a three-dimensional scan.
