Materials
500 grams of minced chicken
1 onion (grated)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tea glass of breadcrumbs or crackers
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Liquid oil for frying
Materials:
1. Put the ground chicken in a bowl.
2. Add the grated onion and crushed garlic.
3. Add the breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs to the bowl.
4. You can add grated cheddar cheese if desired.
5. Add salt, black pepper, chili powder and cumin and mix the ingredients well.
6. Break an egg into the mixture.
7. Knead the meatballs to ensure that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
8. The meatball dough should have a homogeneous consistency through the kneading process.
9. Once the meatball mixture is ready, let it rest in the refrigerator for a while before shaping it.
10. Take the rested meatball mixture out of the refrigerator.
12. Break off pieces of meatballs in the size you want and roll or shape them.
13. Place the shaped meatballs on a plate or tray.
14. Let the meatballs you have prepared rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
15. Add oil to a large pan and heat it.
16. Carefully place the patties in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
17. Place the fried meatballs on a plate covered with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
18. Serve the chicken meatballs hot .
19. You can serve it with yoghurt or sauces on the side.
20. Optionally, you can serve it with salad or garnishes
