Materials

 

4 cups of milk

 

4 tablespoons of starch

 

4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

 

2 tablespoons of cocoa

 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1 cup chocolate ice cream

 

Chocolate sauce (optional)

 

Crushed hazelnuts or walnuts (optional)

 

How to make:

 

1. Add milk, starch, granulated sugar and cocoa into a pot.

 

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a pudding consistency.

 

3. When it reaches the consistency of pudding, remove it from the stove.

 

4. Add the vanilla extract and mix.

 

5. Distribute the pudding into a bowl or bowls.

 

6. Add chocolate ice cream on top.

 

7. Chill the ice cream pudding in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours.

 

8. Before serving, decorate by sprinkling chocolate sauce and crushed hazelnuts or walnuts on top.
