Materials:

1 cup of rice

2 glasses of water

2 tablespoons butter

1 onion

1 cup fresh corn (you can also use canned corn)

Salt

Black pepper

Dill (optional)

How to make:

1. First, wash the rice and put it in a strainer to drain the water.

2. Add butter to a pot and melt it. Chop the onion and add it to the pot and sauté on low heat until it turns pink.

3. Add the corn to the pot and cook, stirring, for a few more minutes.

4. Add the rice to the pot and stir until the rice is browned with the butter and onion.

5. Add water, salt and pepper. Mix and close the pot lid.

6. After the rice starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the rice absorbs the water.

7. After the rice is cooked, do not open the pot lid and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then, mix the rice gently with a fork and serve.
