Materials
500 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of oil
Half a teaspoon of chili pepper
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Salt (adjust to your taste)
Parsley leaves (for serving)
How to make:
1. Wash fresh mushrooms thoroughly and gently cut off the stems. Then cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
2. Peel the large onion and chop it finely.
3. Wash the green peppers, remove their seeds and chop them finely.
4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
5. Peel the garlic and crush or finely chop it.
6. Heat the oil in a deep pan.
7. Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they become transparent.
8. Then add the chopped green chillies and fry for a few more minutes.
9. Then add the mushrooms and continue to fry until they release their water.
10. After the mushrooms have absorbed their water, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes are lightly cooked.
11. Finally, add the crushed garlic, salt and spices. Cook the mixture for a few more minutes and remove from the heat.
12. The mushroom stew is ready to serve. You can serve it by adding finely chopped parsley leaves on top.
