Materials:

 

2 cups of yoghurt

 

1 glass of water

 

1 cucumber (grated)

 

2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

 

Half a glass of walnuts (crushed coarsely)

 

1 tablespoon dried mint

 

Juice of half a lemon

 

Salt

 

Olive oil

 

Preparation:

 

1. Put the yogurt in a bowl and beat it well with a whisk.

 

2. Add water and continue whisking.

 

3. Add the grated cucumber and mix.

 

4. Add crushed garlic, walnuts, dried mint, lemon juice and salt to enhance the flavor of the soup.

 

5. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for a while.

 

6. Serve cold and drizzle with olive oil.
