A taste of Asian cuisine coming to the pan: Chicken noodle recipe

Noodles , one of the most popular dishes of Asian cuisine, offer a satisfying option in terms of both protein and flavor when combined with chicken. Moreover, this recipe is practical enough to be prepared in 20 minutes, even on busy days.

 

CHICKEN NOODLE RECIPE

Materials:

 

1 pack of noodles

200g chicken breast (cut into thin strips)

1 carrot (julienne cut)

1 red pepper (julienned)

1 handful of broccoli

2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil (or olive oil)

1 teaspoon ginger (optional)

Black pepper, salt

Sesame or spring onion for topping (optional

 

How to make:

 

Boil the noodles according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.

Sauté the chicken in sesame oil, when it starts to take on a light colour, add the garlic and ginger.

Then add the carrots, peppers and broccoli and sauté on high heat for a few minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Add the boiled noodles to the pan, mix all the ingredients and cook for a few more minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds or finely chopped spring onion on top and serve.
