That is, oatmeal, wheat flour, stevia (or honey) and a tablespoon of baking powder.Then add the eggs and use a stirrer to stir vigorously.Delay the mixing and gradually pour the oil into the mixture. Keep mixing the ingredients.Check the consistency of the dough. If the consistency does not look thick enough, add a little more than each ingredient. If it looks too thick, slowly add a little water and stir until you get the right consistency.Be sure to sweeten with stevia or honey. If you want it to be sweeter, these amounts may vary.Prepare the dough, pour the dough into the form for biscuits and after the pan is full, it is ready for baking.Almost done – place the raisins on each cookie.Turn the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 25 minutes.Make sure they are up.To check if they are ready, stab them with a knife. If it comes out clean, they are ready for eating.Finally, take them out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy them with hot coffee, chocolate or a glass of warm milk.
