Benefits of anise

 

 

 

Anise is considered a good herb for removing phlegm. Take one to two teaspoons, crush it, add it to a cup of previously boiled water, leave it for a quarter of an hour or so, then filter and drink. Take a cup in the morning and another cup at bedtime.
