This proposal is inspired by the breakfast bowl that Eve, project manager in the development kitchen, is preparing to start the day well. In this bowl, an almond drink gains consistency thanks to the almond butter and date puree added to it. The trick is to do the base in advance. In the morning, all you have to do is prepare the fruit and the crispy filling, so you can enjoy every bite without being in a hurry!
- In a blender or in a small food processor, combine the almond drink, almond butter and dates until the texture is smooth and homogeneous (there will still be very small pieces of date left). Pour into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, then top with hemp and pumpkin seeds, quinoa, banana and raspberries
