3 steps for skin care

The skin care process varies from one woman to another, according to the products best suited to the nature of the skin, but there are 3 main steps that cannot be replaced or ignored when using the daily or weekly protein for the skin, regardless of the quality and number of products, or even the nature of the skin.

These steps include: cleansing, meaning washing the face, balancing the skin with toner, and moisturizing the skin.

And according to the New York Times, the goal of any care protein is to fine-tune the complexion so it looks its best, as well as troubleshooting or focusing on specific areas.

San Francisco skincare specialist Christina Holly considered beauty proteins an opportunity to notice the changes, given that skin needs to change products with age.

Experts emphasized that there is no immediate solution and a quick result for products that are used for skin care, as each product needs a time of use in order for its results and benefits to appear. Dr. Rachel Nazarian, a Manhattan dermatologist at the Schweiger Group of Dermatology, explained that results are only seen with regular use, once or twice daily for at least 6 weeks, to notice the difference.

And she advised that skin care protein products be treated in a sequential order from thinnest to thickest, for example, cleanser and toner, then serum or oils, and finally moisturizing cream.
