10 natural DIY body care tips.

Because we want to look good, we need to take care of ourselves. Not only face, hair and feet need care but our body also need special care. Today I will write on simple body care tips that we can use.

Body care tips for women.

1. Remove dark elbow and knees.

Ingredients.

1 lime

Instructions

Just squeeze fresh lime juice and apply it on your elbow or knees, leave for 20 minutes. Soak a towel in a boiling water and scrub your knees or elbow.

2. Glowing skin:

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lime juice.

1 tablespoon glycerin.

1 tablespoon rise water.

Instructions.

Mix 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of glycerin and 1 tablespoon of rose water, mix well and apply on your skin (or on the areas you want) before going to bed. Leave it overnight and rinse it off in the morning.

3. Repairing damage dry skin under nails:

Ingredients.

1 medium fresh potato.

Instructions

Get a fresh potato, peel and slice it. Apply the juice on the affected areas, massage for 2 minutes, you can do that by using tissue to massage the area. Rinse it off after 15 minutes.

4. For dull skin:

Ingredients.

2 tablespoons apple juice.

1 tablespoon honey.

Instructions

Mix apple juice with honey. Apply on your face, and leave it for 5 minutes, rinse it off with water.

To extract the juice, slice the apple, grate it and transfer it on Sieve, use back of the spoon to push down the juice in to the bowl.

5. For Puffy eyes and black circles:

Ingredient.

1 medium Potato.

Instructions

Grate one potato, apply to the area under your eyes or on the affected areas and leave it on for 15 minutes, rinse it off with water.

6. Oily skin face mask.

Ingredients.

Egg whites from 1 egg.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Instructions

Mix whisked egg white, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply on your oily skin and wash it after 10 minutes. 1

7. Skin whitening.

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon charcoal.

½ tablespoon honey

Egg whites.

Instructions

Mix 1 tablespoon of charcoal (powdered), ½ tablespoon of honey and egg whites from 1 egg, apply on your face, leave it for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Repeat twice a week.

8. Heal cracked heel.

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon Vaseline.

1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Instructions

Mix 1 tablespoon of Vaseline with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, apply on your heel, cover your heel with a piece of nylon and wear socks. Leave overnight and rinse it off with lukewarm water in the morning.

9. Want to look fresh and smooth?

Ingredients.

1 tablespoon henna

1 tablespoon turmeric

Egg whites.

Instructions

Mix 1 tablespoon of powdered henna, 1 tablespoon of turmeric and egg whites from 1 egg, apply on your face, massage your face for 3-5 minutes. Let it dry on your face and then wash it with water. Pat your face to dry, then apply moisturizer.

10. Pimples and dark spot remover.

Ingredient

2 tablespoons vinegar.

Instructions:

Apply vinegar on your face using cotton wool, let it dry (it normally dries within 2-3 minutes) and wash your face after 1 hour. It will help kill pimples and reduce the appearance of black spots.
