Likewise, cell phone or wireless radiation inhibits the secretion of the pineal gland (melathonin). Therefore, do not place these devices in the bedroom. Regular stretching helps the level of the sleep hormone positively, but stress and psychological tension hinder the secretion of the sleep hormone.
Drinking carob in the evening increases cheerfulness, brightens the mood, and keeps fanaticism and anxiety away. Stay away from coffee and drinks containing caffeine in the evening. Beware of smoking, alcohol, violent sports, and stress, as they weaken important hormones. Skip dinner, and if you must eat food, make it (fish, chicken, which stimulates the production of the sleep hormone) before six in the evening. Beware of excess weight, especially fat, because it limits the secretion of the hormones estrogen and testosterone.
