How to make Dutch bread
Ingredients for preparing Dutch bread:
โข 1 tablespoon of yeast.
โข 1 cup of warm water.
โข 1 cup of milk.
โข 2 tablespoons butter.
โข 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar.
โข 4 1/4 cup flour.
โข 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
Covering:
โข 1 tablespoon of sugar.
โข 1/2 tablespoon of yeast.
3/4 cup rice flour.
โข 1 teaspoon salt.
โข 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
โข 3/4 cup of water.
How to prepare Dutch bread:
Mix the flour with sugar and yeast and stir well.
Add butter and oil to the flour while stirring.
Add water gradually while continuing to knead until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
The dough is left to ferment and then shaped into a balls shape.
Mix the rice flour, yeast, sugar and salt and stir.
Stir with oil, then add water gradually until it becomes a thick liquid.
Pour over bread balls and leave to ferment.
Bake in a 200 ยฐ C oven for 12 minutes.
