The cosmetic sector has not been far from being affected by the fallout from covid-19, but it has exploited this crisis to support the medical sector in France and Europe, transforming the largest factories for the production of hand sanitizers to fill acute shortages around the world.

L’oreal Paris

Beauty Banks is a UK charity that supports poor communities by providing basic hygiene items, and launched a campaign called #helpinghands last week to give poor people access to basic hygiene products during the pandemic.
The charity, founded by beauticians Sally Hughes and Jo Jones in 2018, usually receives donations from cosmetics, but since this is no longer a healthily safe option, Beauty Banks has started a Go Fund Me page where you can donate money that will go towards buying products such as: hand washing soap and hand sanitizer to help protect people who can

In an effort to ensure universal access to hygiene products, the brand held a partnership with The Hygiene Bank, a charity that provides the basics of personal care for those who can’t afford it, where you see it every person has the right feeling for the.
For every Soap & Glory purchase made online or in shoe stores until May 5, the brand will donate one product percentage to The Hygiene Bank.
Haus Laboratories
Lady Gaga’s cosmetics brand announced this week that it will donate 20% of last week’s profits to food banks in Los Angeles and New York, according to the British Independent, to help those affected by school closures, office closures and other cuts to resources. According to the announcement via the brand’s official Instagram account, the brand said: “We believe this is the right time to choose empathy over fear. Just like, Lady Gaga, we know we’ll get through this together. if we remember to continue driving gently”.
The Body Shop
A well-known and beloved worldwide brand of skin care and bathroom products that provides hygiene supplies to those in need, the North American brand team will donate 30,000 units of its disinfection products to shelters and large communities across the United States and Canada, to ensure the survival of those most exposed to hygiene during the pandemic.
