Effective natural ways to hide eye puffiness

Effective natural ways to hide eye puffiness: Some women wake up with puffy eyes due to lack of sleep or exhaustion, and there are other reasons for this phenomenon.
Swelling of the tissues surrounding the eyes, which occurs below the eyes, is known as eye puffiness. They are also known as eye bags, and there are several reasons that lead to this phenomenon. Such as the accumulation of fluid in the skin under the eyes, fatigue, lack of sleep, dehydration, allergies and heredity are all causes of puffy eyes.

Normal aging can also cause puffy eyes. That’s because as we age, the skin loses its elasticity, which affects the strength of the facial muscles. Spending a lot of time in the sun, crying, and even stress can lead to puffy eyes.

Effective natural ways to hide eye puffiness

1) Use a cold compress

Using anything cold on puffy eyes is helpful, as it reduces inflammation and swelling by relaxing the blood vessels in that area.
Use a cold compress on your eyes for a few minutes each day. The cold temperature will constrict the blood vessels, thus reducing puffiness in the eyes. If you want a simpler way to get rid of eye puffiness in the morning, put two clean spoons in the freezer, take them out after a few minutes, and place them under your eyes. This can also help reduce swelling and puffiness.

2) Almond oil massage

While almond oil is excellent for skin and hair, did you know that you can also use it to get rid of puffy eyes? This vitamin E-rich oil is excellent for reducing puffiness under the eyes.
Massage the area under the eyes with almond oil for 20-30 minutes before going to sleep. This increases blood circulation around the eyes and reduces puffiness. Try this for two weeks to see a visible difference.

3) cold tea bags

Green tea is rich in antioxidants, and also contains tannin and caffeine, both of which are useful in reducing puffiness under the eyes.
Chill the tea bags in the refrigerator and then use them on your eyes. Black tea, green tea, and chamomile all work to get rid of puffy eyes.

4) potatoes

Potatoes, which are rich in vitamin C, help in the production of collagen. So use potato juice and wipe your eyes with a cotton ball or make-up removal pads. Leave the potato juice on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Try this home remedy every day to get rid of puffiness under the eyes
