Benefits of anise
Anise is considered a good herb for removing phlegm. Take one to two teaspoons, crush it, add it to a cup of previously boiled water, leave it for a quarter of an hour or so, then filter and drink. Take a cup in the morning and another cup at bedtime.
Among its benefits:
– Effective for relieving colic, stimulating digestion, and diuresis.
– Removal of flatulence.
– Removing chest, throat and cough diseases.
– A mild nerve tranquilizer that relieves headaches.
– It is given to children to expel gases and reduce the severity of their crying
