Materials;
3-4 Medium Potatoes
200 ml cream
½ Cup of Milk
2-3 cloves of Garlic
Grated Cheddar
Salt
Black pepper
Rosemary
3-4 Tablespoons of Oil
Preparation: The potatoes are peeled and cut into rounds. Whisk milk, cream, salt, and spices. Garlic is grated or chopped and added with seasonings. Finally, cheese and oil are added to it. The sauce prepared with diced potatoes is blended and added to a pyrex. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, checking from time to time. It is served when it is fried.
